In my second year at Brighton University we had an option module which was named Design for a global context. Within this subject I designed a water system which could be used for the school in Gambia. As I became very attached to this project I took it upon myself to get into contact with the charity, outside of University. Within a month I managed to get myself to the location which I had previously design for. Unfortunately I didn't managed to make my own design but I helped out in all different areas of construction and renovating the primary school.
